Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using ATLIFI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use ATLIFI to store unlawful content, abuse our infrastructure, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or harm other users.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload — projects, logs, photos, reports. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the Service to you.
5. AI-generated reports
ATLIFI structures the notes you write. You're responsible for reviewing every generated report before sharing it with clients or third parties. We provide the Service "as is" without warranty for the accuracy of any specific output.
6. Payment & cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLIFI's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
