Your data is yours. You can export or delete your projects, logs and reports from your account at any time.

1. What this policy covers

This policy describes how ATLIFI ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use atlifi.com and the ATLIFI web application (the "Service").

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, hashed password, company name and logo.
  • Project data: the projects, daily logs, photos, captions and reports you create.
  • Usage data: anonymous metrics about how the Service is used, used to improve reliability.
  • Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to provide the Service: to generate reports, store your projects, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing receipts) and to keep the Service secure and reliable. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

4. AI processing

When you generate a report, the relevant log notes and photo captions are sent to our AI provider strictly to produce the report. They are not used to train any model and are not retained by the provider beyond what is required to return the response.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorised team members. We follow industry-standard security practices.

6. Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing sahid@atlifi.com. We respond within 30 days.
